Burbank is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Phenomenal food. Astoundingly horrible service. And Iβm not even a stickler for service. I genuinely wanted to love this restaurant because the food truly deserves it. This was my first experience with this style of Armenian cuisine, and the kitchen absolutely delivered. We ordered the fresh bread, lahmajo with cheese, beef with eggplant, tjvjik, and lemonade. Every dish that made it to our table was excellent. We were seated promptly, but once seated it felt like we disappeared. What made this so baffling was that the restaurant was not obviously understaffed. Quite the opposite. There seemed to be employees everywhere. Yet despite that, it was remarkably difficult to get anyoneβs attention or accomplish even simple things like placing an order or following up on missing items. From what we observed, we were not the only table experiencing order problems that evening. After spending about 15 minutes trying to make eye contact with someone to place our order, I even walked to the register and stood there while another customer was being helped. No one acknowledged me. The only employee who did was a friendly and attentive busboy. He did his best, but it became clear the bus sta

Good food with a very large selection. They have almost everything Armenian food related you could want here. Huge selection including breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Even soups! The food was good, definitely fresh, the bread was good too. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. We called ahead for our larger group and they saved us a table which was great for us. Parking can be a challenge do plan for that.

Today we visited Tun Lamajo, and we absolutely loved it! Everything was delicious, fresh, and clearly prepared with care. The atmosphere is amazingβit feels like youβre transported to another country for a little while. The interior, music, and cuisine are all very authentic and create a truly unique experience. The service was outstanding as well. We will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this place to all our friends!

I have to say this place was really good. Our friendly waitress took the time to answer all the questions we had and even made some suggestions based on what we said we did and did not like. Everything tasted great and did not disappoint. Our food came out so fast. I was anticipating a wait based on other reviews, but the service was very quick.

First time going to Tun Lahmajo. We ordered Lahmajun , Adana, lebne yogurt, summer salad , chicken shawarma and at the end Chichkhani tea All the food was fresh and I like it. The least liked item was the chicken shawarma, it was heavy and too much sauce.
